Screening Packages

Social Security Number Verification/Validation

This search provides a verification of the applicant’s listed Social Security number, and may include but is not limited to : State of issuance, year issued, validity, reported addresses and or listed aliases. Additionally, this is an excellent preventative tool for determining inaccurate information and or discrepancies that may show association with identity theft or other forms of unscrupulous activity.

County Criminal Record Search

Considered by many to be the most accurate form of searching criminal record histories, the county level felony and misdemeanor search (7-10 Year Felony & Misdemeanor Level) provides in an depth physical hand search of the courthouse. With this type of search, an actual physical search of the courthouse’s index of dockets and or records is conducted by one of our highly trained researcher. A county criminal record search includes a seven-year search for misdemeanor and felony criminal records. As general rule, searches are typically returned within 2-4 business days.           (24-72 hours) barring any unforeseen circumstances and Federal Holidays.

Single Statewide Criminal Record Search

Recommended to use as a cursory search when conducting a criminal search, a statewide criminal record investigation uncovers whether an applicant has a criminal record and or charges within a particular state. This is a useful search in addition to a county level search. Statewide Criminal History Checks are typically conducted by electronic means and search and will return criminal data/records of arrest and/or convictions which have been maintained at the state central repository level. This type of search can be an excellent tool in locating someone who has a criminal charge which has been committed.

US Criminal Record Scan

With this one search, you can source and scan more than 300 million criminal records from counties, Department of Corrections (DOC), Administration of the Court (AOC) and state sex offender registries covering all 50 states and Washington, DC, Guam and Puerto Rico. Also included are national and international terrorism sources, more than 2.6 million photos and our proprietary database of previously completed screening reports

Motor Vehicle Record (driving)

Recommended for use by job applicants who are being placed in a driving position whether in a company position or personal vehicle. Motor vehicle reports are available in all 50 states and Canada and provide verification of an applicant's driving standing. The data returned may include but is not limited to: date of issue and expiration, license class, restrictions, suspensions, revocations, current point balance, all entries, and current driving status. The applicant’s driving record generally spans three to seven years depending on the issuing state.

Academic Reference/Professional Credential Verification

Our report includes, but is not limited to the following academic information: the degree or credential received, dates the applicant attended school, major or area of study, GPA if available, person and department contacted (along with the phone number), and any discrepancies.

National Sex Offender Registry Search

This database contains currently registered violent and sex offenders with felony conviction records. The data has been compiled from violent and sex offender registries in 40 states and the District of Columbia. Although all 50 states do maintain sexual offender registries, not all of the respective states allow general public record access to registry information.

Civil Record Search

This search will identify and locate legal suits which have been filed by persons or corporate entities including but not limited to: product liability matters, civil rights violations, financial judgment for breach of contract or for nonpayment of goods or services. Also listed are matters relating to domestically oriented matters such as divorce, marriage and child custody.

Federal Level Criminal Record

Because not all levels of criminal offenses fall within and under state or local jurisdictions, ESP provides criminal research in all 91 Federal Districts throughout the United States of America. These searches will reveal violations of federal law such as bank robbery, counterfeiting, kidnapping, interstate drug trafficking and insider trading.

International Criminal Records Access

With employers demands to meet due diligence practices and recruiting efforts expanding beyond the continental United States, companies more than ever are requiring fast and reliable access to international search capabilities. To meet this growing need of our clients, ESP has incorporated the ability to perform international criminal searches in over 150 countries.

Landlord & Tenant- National Eviction Search

With this powerful tool at your fingertips, search over 8.8 million Eviction records compiled from over 50 states. FIND the information generally not found on a consumer credit report from the most comprehensive evictions database available to date. This search can be used for a prospective tenant, only when you want to concentrate on locating eviction filings, and not that of other public record information.
